Clerkenwell Design Week 2024

The 2024 festival comprised a total of 16 curated exhibition venues presenting hundreds of design brands and makers – as well as a network of over 200 local showrooms hosting a range of product launches, workshops and talks.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2023

The 2023 festival comprised a total of 11 exhibition venues presenting more than 300 design brands and makers – as well as a network of over 160 local showrooms hosting a range of product launches, workshops and talks. Visitors also explored thousands of products, installations, brand activations, topical talks and more.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2022

In 2022, there were over 400 events that took place across the festival, plus 150+ resident showrooms and 10 exhibition venues to explore. Visitors listened in on topical talks at Conversations at Clerkenwell and weaved their way around EC1 as the cobbles of Clerkenwell came alive with street sculptures, artistic installations and much more.

2019

Clerkenwell Design Week 2019

The tenth edition of CDW was a fitting tribute to celebrate a festival founded to promote and celebrate design in all its aspects. CDW delivered huge benefit to London’s creative hub with more than 200 brands exhibiting across the 7 venues and 100+ showrooms, CDW brought life to the area from 21 -23 May and further cemented the festival as a key event on the international design calendar.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2018

2018 marked the ninth edition of CDW and had a particular focus on sustainability with Your Tote Counts and Reform proving a topical subject matter as the debate continues to rage about plastic packaging. Visitors observed ground-breaking installations including Royal Approval, the world’s largest origami structure folded from composite aluminium sheets with a flexible core of four metres high.
