Adam is a Director specialising in intellectual property law and is experienced across the full range of IP matters with particular specialisms in soft IP litigation (trade marks, copyright and design) and in commercial IP issues around the sale or licensing of IP whether on a standalone basis or as part of a wider sale or purchase of a business. Adam conducts litigation for client’s in the specialist intellectual property courts and has wider litigation experience in the Commercial courts and in the Business list of the High Court. Adam also acts for clients in proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office and advises clients on brand protection and registration strategies by way of the filing and prosecution of trade marks and design both in the UK and abroad.
