130 YEARS OF TRADITION, FORGED IN STEEL.
Karl Lindqvist opened his forge in Grythyttan, Sweden in 1895. His son Artur followed in his father's footsteps, but had ideas beyond traditional blacksmithing. For the 1930 Stockholm Exhibition, Artur designed and manufactured the now classic A2 chair in spring steel, inspired by Bauhaus and modernism.
Since then, many furniture series have been created, all with a design language and quality that lasts for generations. Even today, every piece of furniture is handcrafted in the forge in Grythyttan, in the heart of Sweden. Please, take a seat!
