Zencha Zencha Zencha
The outstanding design of the Zencha bathroom collection by Sebastian Herkner was inspired by traditional Japanese rituals and craftsmanship and combines unusual above-counter basins with minimalistic furniture. The inspiration for the design are hand-made ceramic teacups that the designer discovered in Japan. Their gentle organic shapes are transposed to the sanitary objects in abstract form. The basins are manufactured from Durasolid. This material enables the basins with an extremely thin rim thickness to be created that are robust and easy to care for. Modular furniture can be deployed in a number of ways, as open shelves or drawers with carcass colours available in White Super Matt, Taupe Super Matt and Graphite Super Matt. Cabinet fronts add a playful element in new finishes of black or white glass. Finally, the Durasolid bathtubs are available in sizes of 1250 x 1250mm and 1600 x 850mm and 1800 x 900mm.
