Its enhanced acoustic properties reduce impact sound by 22 dB and create a more calm and quiet environment. The backing layer provides supreme underfoot comfort and absorbs up to 60% more ambient sound than hardback carpet and reduces impact sound by up to 40%. The collection provides excellent stain and abrasion resistance and is easy to maintain, while not compromising on the high-end design credentials Milliken is celebrated for. Its water resistant coating layer provides an impervious barrier to protect the carpet tile backing from spills and surface moisture.

The patterning is purposefully non-linear in its design which draws the eye away from seams and can give the appearance of a single floor covering, where that is what is required. Alternatively the designer can play with mixing different colours, tones and even different designs to create interest and undulation of the floor plane. The colour palette consists of dark and silver greys, warm greys and greiges and a range of pastels to give the collection a stylish and contemporary feel.
