Teknion Introduces Telescope, An Aesthetic and Functional Framework

Teknion Stand: Teknion

Teknion is excited to introduce Telescope, the newest addition to the brand’s Architectural Interiors category. Responding to modern dynamic workplace trends, Telescope creatively divides space with multiple sliding panels that move effortlessly and in a synchronized manner, fostering openness and collaboration. It also supports closed, focused group requirements, adapting to the day-to-day needs of today’s workspaces.

“With Telescope, we feel confident it's providing a contemporary framework for the modern workspace,” says Asa Sheikhi, Director of Design for Architectural Interiors at Teknion. “Telescope is quietly luxurious, and its clean aesthetic harmonizes with a variety of design styles, making it a perfect addition to virtually any area where a separation of space is requested.”

In application, Telescope is suitable for hybrid layouts, meeting and training rooms, boardrooms, and lounges, offering a versatile solution for various workspace needs. It develops structure in otherwise open floor plans and creates a healthy division of space without completely enclosing the user. Telescope fosters openness and collaboration when open. When closed, the glass structure creates a privacy barrier while maintaining visual transparency, and the frameless acoustic gaskets provide sound insulation. Both are thoughtfully designed elements to keep people connected and engaged.

Telescope's fixed nature ensures stability and reliability. The product is fully customizable, with a scalable design ranging from 103" to 396" at 1/16" increments, adapting to various space requirements. These glass doors are innovatively designed with handle accessibility and adjustability in mind, featuring significant adjustment capability to accommodate variations in the ceiling or floor to ensure a perfect fit. Its synchronized soft open-close mechanism enables smooth and effortless operation of the clear low-iron glass panels.

With Teknion Telescope, the workplace becomes a stage for innovation, collaboration, and a future where every door holds the promise of unveiling something extraordinary.
